There is a process for considering quality adjustments to the NIMC that will improve medication safety. The Jurisdictional Guidelines for Local Management of the NIMC provide guidance on how the NIMC is managed locally and nationally.
Adjustment requests are considered by the Health Service Medication Expert Advisory Group. A change request register is maintained and includes the consideration outcomes

Help with accessing large documents
