About the Information Strategy
The Information Strategy is designed to address the responsibility for the Commission to:- Report on the state of safety and quality in health care;
- Lead and coordinate in the development and dissemination of data standards for safety and quality;
- Actively engage in the national e-health agenda to optimise safety and quality within clinical systems development; and
- Actively engage in the e-health agenda to optimise secondary uses of health information to improve safety and quality in health care.
