Wendy Beckingham

Wendy Beckingham is the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care’s Healthcare Associated Infection Implementation Advisory Committee and a representative on the National Hand Hygiene Advisory Committee. Ms Beckingham has been nursing for over 30 years and has been a Clinical Nurse Consultant in Infection Control at the Canberra Hospital for the past 10 years. She has been the co-author of several publications and is currently the President of the Infection Control Association of the ACT and a member of the executive of the Australian Infection Control Association.
