Dr Kirsty Buising

Dr Buising is an Infectious Diseases Physician at St Vincent Hospital in Melbourne and a Clinical Research Fellow at the Victorian Infectious Diseases Service at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. She has just completed a Doctorate of Medicine in the role of Computerised Decision Support for Antimicrobial Stewardship and has been part of the development group for Guidance DS – a system being used in several hospitals for antibiotic stewardship. She also has a Masters in Public Health.
