  3. What are the key elements of a national strategy for antimicrobial stewardship?
  4. What is the role of surveillance in state and national antimicrobial stewardship programs and what is the best methodology to use?
  5. What are some of the barriers to implementing local antimicrobial stewardship programs? How can they be overcome and how can we engage the stakeholders?
