Auditor register

All general auditors who successfully complete training using the old format must be entered on the Auditor Register by the Gold Standard Auditor who conducted their training.

All Hand Hygiene Auditors who successfully complete auditor training using the new Hand Hygiene Auditor Training Pathway in the NHHI LMS will have their training record saved in the NHHI LMS and an auditor profile will automatically be generated in the HHCApp.

The auditor register will be removed on 1 October 2023

Your privacy is important to the Commission. The Commission only collects and uses information about you (name, employer, training/education provider, email address) to implement the National Hand Hygiene Initiative. Your information may be accessed by authorised officers of the Commission to assist you with resolving any issues you raise with the National Hand Hygiene Initiative Help Desk. Authorised Organisation and Region Administrators from your employer organisation and your Jurisdictional Coordinator (public health service organisations only) may also access your information for local Hand Hygiene program implementation purposes and to support validation of hand hygiene data that you submit using the Hand Hygiene Compliance Application.

Completion of this form does not register the auditor for data entry in HHCApp. The Organisational Administrator for the participant's facility will need to set this up.
