The NSQHS Standards User Guide for Health Service Organisations Providing Care to People from Migrant and Refugee Backgrounds aims to support health service organisations to implement the NSQHS Standards and provide safe and high-quality care that meets the needs of people from migrant and refugee backgrounds.

This discussion paper was drafted to support public consultation on the use of opioid analgesics in emergency departments, perioperative and surgical services.
