On 30 November 2020, the Commission announced the introduction of Australia's first National Safety and Quality Digital Mental Health (NSQDMH) Standards.

This process flow outlines the steps that the Commission will follow when an extension request related to Advisory AS18/07: Reprocessing of reusable medical devices in health service organisations is received.

A Topic Working Group was convened to provide advice to the Commission on this project. The group comprised individuals with relevant expertise in anaphylaxis, representatives of key stakeholder organisations as well as a consumer representative.
