The Commission maintains a commitment to strengthening and actively promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture which is reflected in the 2020 census results.
The Commission had a strong response rate of 74% and the results were positive, with significant improvements in areas including:
- Job satisfaction
There was also recognition of how well the Commission adapted its work practices and was able to respond to changing priorities due to COVID-19.
Opportunities and initiatives have been identified in the areas of internal communication, wellbeing and workplace bullying, harassment and discrimination.
