This presentation by Dr Peggy Brown AO, Senior Clinical Advisor for the Digital Mental Health project at the Commission, was developed for the public consultation of the draft National Safety and Quality Digital Mental Health (NSQDMH) Standards.

The Commission invited consumers and carers, clinicians, service providers, and interested stakeholders to provide feedback on the NSQDMH Standards during the public consultation period from March - April 2020. 

This survey aims to provide acute care facilities with a tool for evaluating staff perceptions of the rapid response system.

 An escalation mapping exercise should be done to identify the parameters, thresholds, levels of abnormality, and responses that will be included in the recognition and response systems.

A template for digital mental health service providers to offer product information to service users as required in Action 3.3 of the National Safety and Quality Digital Mental Health (NSQDMH) Standards.
