Editable resources were developed as part of a range of tools to support implementation of the National Consensus Statement: Essential elements for recognising and responding to clinical deterioration.
The second edition of this document was re-named to National Consensus Statement: Essential elements for recognising and responding to acute physiological deterioration.
Resources were developed for the first edition of the National Consensus Statement but are still applicable to the updated documents.
Resources can be modified to reflect the updates.
