This policy is to ensure that the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care (the Commission) complies with statutory obligations relating to disclosure of interests under the Commonwealth legislation by appropriately disclosing any material personal interests in a prescribed way.

The purpose of this report is to outline the processes used by the Commission to obtain feedback from the primary health care sector and a summary of the feedback that was received.
