Register of accredited primary and community healthcare services

Health care services have the option to choose from four assessment models for accreditation. This list includes only health care services that have been assessed virtually or on site (assessment models 2, 3 and 4).

The street address is not included for health care services that do not have facilities or equipment to support physical examinations, therapies or procedures for patients.

The list is updated monthly with assessments completed in the prior month – for example, a health care service assessed and accredited on 10 June will appear in the register in July.
