We provide advice to health services, assessors and accrediting agencies who have queries about our standards or the assessment process for accreditation.

What we provide advice on
We provide expert advice on all our standards, accreditation schemes and assessment processes.
What we don’t provide advice on
We do not have the authority to advise on or investigate complaints about health services or practitioners. Visit our page on feedback and complaints to find contact details for the relevant authority.

The Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care has collected the personal information you provided in your contact with the Advice Centre to enable us to process your enquiry and to collect information on the types of enquiries received by the Advice Centre.
