Anaphylaxis discharge checklist and discussion guide

This document provides a discussion guide and checklist to ensure patients who have experienced anaphylaxis are safely discharged from care. 

This checklist is for use when discharging patients after anaphylaxis. It describes key discussion points and can be provided to patients to take home.
