What is accreditation of a general practice?

This poster explains the National General Practice Accreditation Scheme (NGPA). We also have a poster available for services that provide primary health care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Accreditation is an independent assessment that a general practice meets the national standards for safe and quality care for healthcare consumers and their carers.
