We invite you to share your stories, ideas and initiatives for the next issue of our Person-centred care insights.
In this issue we will spotlight how health services are measuring patient experience and using the insights to drive improvements in the quality of care. This is a great opportunity to highlight and share the incredible work happening in your organisation.
Be part of the upcoming edition by sharing:
- patient experiences to drive quality improvement
- successful projects in your workplace
- recent research, podcasts, or presentations you have encountered or participated in
- new or innovative ways of implementing person-centred health care.
With your submission, please include the following:
- A story headline
- Your content (up to 150 words) – including links to resources, events, and organisations when possible
- Top tips or key lessons learned from your project (optional but recommended)
- A high-resolution image (optional)
- Organisation name
- Your contact details
- An email address that will be included in your story for questions (optional but recommended)
