The National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards are implemented in every public and private and day hospital in the country. From here, we have developed standards for other healthcare settings where people access care, such as in the community or online through an app that provides mental health support.

We are also working with the system to improve the sustainability of healthcare and build climate resilience in health services.
