This new prioritised list provides a national, evidence-informed framework to guide where development of CQRs can deliver the greatest impact on patient outcomes and the health system.
It highlights 75 diseases, categorised under clinical domains, where variation in care, outcomes, and disease burden indicate the greatest opportunity to deliver measurable improvements.

Funded by the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing, this work is designed to inform:
- health departments and CQR funding bodies
- CQR operators
- Clinicians, health services and clinical colleges participating in or considering participating in CQRs.
