NSQHS Standards monitoring tool for multi-purpose services and small hospitals
The purpose of this tool is to allow multi-purpose services and small hospitals to track the progress of implementing each standard. It should be used together with the NSQHS Standards Guide for multi-purpose services and small hospitals, and the accreditation workbook. The monitoring tool has been updated to reflect the new Preventing and Controlling Infections Standard.
