These are the Terms of Reference for the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards Executive Steering Committee (the Committee) which provides high-level strategic direction to the Commission on the development of the NSQHS Standards (third edition). The Committee is guided by the aims of the NSQHS Standards to provide a structured framework to ensure nationally consistent safety and quality systems are in place to deliver high-quality care.
