User-applied Labelling Standard issues register
The User-applied Labelling Standard issues register records implementation issues that cannot be answered by the Labelling Standard or related support materials (found in the Labelling Standard implementation resources).
The Commission invites health services to contact their state or territory representative in the first instance or, especially for health services with no state or territory representative, the Commission at accreditation@safetyandquality.gov.au. Issues referred to the Commission are considered by the Commission’s Health Services Medication Expert Advisory Group.
