The Commission has developed the National Safety and Quality Cosmetic Surgery Standards to ensure patients receive safe, high-quality care in facilities where cosmetic surgery is performed. The Cosmetic Surgery Standards were released on 14 December 2023.

New resources are now available to support implementation of the Cosmetic Surgery Standards and the Cosmetic Surgery Module.

The application closing date for this round is COB Friday 20 May 2024.

The Commission has released new resources to support services which are already accredited to the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards, and are also seeking accreditation to the Cosmetic Surgery Standards.
