Fact Sheet 3: Mandatory reassessment of health service organisations
This fact sheet outlines the criteria and process of mandatory reassessment as part of the Australian Health Service Safety and Quality Accreditation (AHSSQA) Scheme.
If a health service organisation has a large number of actions rated not met or met with recommendations following initial assessment to the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards, and is subsequently awarded accreditation, a mandatory reassessment may be required.
