On the Radar is a summary of some of the recent publications in the areas of safety and quality in health care.
The report describes several challenges and opportunities for implementation and identifies three foundational enabling factors that are critical to success: interjurisdictional commitment, strategic sponsorship and investment, and the inclusion of lived experience.
