National reference data and calculation tool for Heavy Menstrual Bleeding Clinical Care Standard Indicator 9a
This tool is provided to support acute public hospitals to calculate the age-standardised rate for Indicator 9a-Hospital rate of hysterectomy per 100 episodes.
The tool includes:
- A template to support services to calculate the age-standardised rate
- Peer group finder
- The national reference set by hospital peer group based on 2022-23 data.
An online version of the tool is also available.
