Learning Management System (LMS) instructions for new users
The instructions provide information on how to use the system including registration, login, updating your profile, enrolling and completing learning modules, cancelling enrolments and viewing your certificate.
Registering an organisation
When an organisation registers, its name will appear in the drop down box for new individual users, which means the organisation can run reports on staff completion of the modules.
If your organisation wishes to be able to run completion reports, please email the NHHI Helpdesk with the following information:
- Name of organisation
- Name and email of person requiring reporting access (more than 1 person can be nominated).
Please ensure that you use your workplace email to provide the information, including your position details, to demonstrate why you need access to your organisation's reports, and that the person requiring reporting access has already registered in the system as a learner. You will also need to provide evidence of permission from your Executive, approving your access as an organisation administrator.
Each staff member is still required to complete the individual registration process to create their own profile the very first time they use the system. Each staff member only requires one login. Multiple logins will be removed from the system.
